Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you total authority over your mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can forward e-mail messages from one mail account to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your email accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email mailbox accounts against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply specify the email account you wish to forward email messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
